  • Supported the same group in a privacy audit to ensure the handling of personal and patient data was both legally compliant and cost-effective.
  • Advised a Nordic leader in the transport sector in drafting and negotiating contracts for the purchase of modems and upgrades to onboard networks, resulting in tripled internet speed on trains.
  • Supported a leading Nordic transport group in negotiations for application management services for its Open Source-based integration platform. This enabled rapid development of new services such as ticket auctions on Tradera, SMS tickets, and major event campaigns across the company.
  • Advised the same group on agreements for building a mobile portal enabling ticket purchases and real-time traffic information via mobile phones.
  • Assisted a global IT leader in reviewing and evaluating two major procurements (PCs and consultancy services), both of which the company won.
  • Provided legal support to a leading international IT company in the review and evaluation of outsourcing tenders (approx. SEK 700 million) including PC-as-a-Service, service desk, server and application operations, project management, WAN operation, and systems development.
