  • Advised one of the world’s largest sportswear manufacturers on Swedish marketing law, especially the complex rules regarding price indications. Given the client’s multi-jurisdictional presence, we were also responsible for coordinating cross-border matters.
  • Advised one of the world’s largest producers of alcoholic beverages on the review and adaptation of wholesale agreements under Swedish law, including the drafting of an anti-bribery and corruption policy and a review of general terms and conditions.
  • Advised a real estate development and property management company on leading the client’s digital transformation toward smart properties. The project included drafting user terms across several areas, updating corporate governance documents (including a cybersecurity policy), and conducting a privacy impact assessment to implement data protection guidelines and procedures.
  • Advised a Swedish internationally leading company specializing in polyolefins and base chemicals in both contract and settlement negotiations with one of its technical service providers.
