- Participated in steering groups, drafted and negotiated agreements, and managed all legal aspects of numerous system delivery agreements (e.g., document management, HR and payroll systems), development agreements (e.g., handheld devices, ticket self-validation, and online auction-based ticketing), and project agreements (e.g., yield management and resource planning systems), as well as related maintenance contracts.
- Supported several clients in outsourcing agreements related to Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Represented one of the world’s largest management and IT consulting firms in a highly complex outsourcing project involving a build-operate-transfer structure. The client was responsible for designing, building, operating, and maintaining a technology center in Europe, which would later be transferred to the customer, including staff.
- Advised Sweden’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated building frames on outsourcing of its group IT operations, including workplace services, service desk, servers, mobile services, communication services, printing services, and infrastructure-as-a-service.
- Advised a government agency in the procurement of outsourced IT services, including drafting contractual terms based on international market practice due to the involvement of international suppliers.
- Supported a digital health services provider in a tender process for outsourcing IT services to a company delivering digital public health services. The work included both legal and strategic advice on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance under healthcare legislation.
- Advised two separate state-owned companies in the procurement of IT services for their respective organizations.
