Commercial agreements should be clear, business-oriented, and flexible. In a global and rapidly changing environment, the need for dynamic and balanced agreements with a focus on transparency and mutual benefit is growing. This calls for advisors with industry insight and real experience.

At Affärsadvokaterna, our background as in-house counsel in knowledge- and technology-intensive sectors gives us the ability to quickly identify the key issues and work efficiently and cost-effectively.

We have extensive experience in managing complex and business-critical projects, and we often act as commercial sounding boards – not just contract specialists.

We see challenges instead of problems and find practical solutions tailored to each client’s reality and negotiation position. Simply put – we create added value.

Affärsadvokaterna has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating industry-specific agreements, such as procurement, supply, project, and cooperation contracts.
