We also assist in developing practical templates and general terms suitable for use even when no external advisors are involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examples of assignments:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advised a leading Nordic group developing, manufacturing, and selling access control and security system products and services on all legal matters related to day-to-day operations, including drafting new template agreements tailored to the Nordic markets.<\/li>\n<li>Advised the same Nordic group in the development of a new e-commerce service, including the drafting and negotiation of all required agreements such as development agreements, support agreements, and other IT-related contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Advised a family-owned company in various contract negotiations and the drafting of templates such as reseller agreements and consulting and license agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Advised a Swedish organization in connection with the procurement of all IT and business consulting services. Our work included drafting contracts, leading negotiations, and providing strategic legal guidance throughout the supplier selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Advised a leading Swedish consulting company working in inspection, testing, certification, and machine and environmental safety on various legal matters, including consumer protection and data protection compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Advised one of the world\u2019s leading multinational beverage companies on day-to-day business law matters, including the renegotiation of lease agreements for its Swedish premises.<\/li>\n<li>Advised the leading Swedish call center organization and its member companies on all legal aspects of daily operations, including providing expert guidance on industry-specific issues and regulatory developments. For example, we supported the client in drafting privacy policies and advising on the use of AI.<\/li>\n<li>Advised one of the world\u2019s largest companies in the food and beverage industry on general marketing law matters and on responding to increased regulatory scrutiny related to advertising compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Advised an international retail and consumer goods group on the review of promotional pricing and advertising policies related to pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Advised one of the world\u2019s largest sportswear manufacturers on Swedish marketing law, especially the complex rules regarding price indications. Given the client\u2019s multi-jurisdictional presence, we were also responsible for coordinating cross-border matters.<\/li>\n<li>Advised one of the world\u2019s largest producers of alcoholic beverages on the review and adaptation of wholesale agreements under Swedish law, including the drafting of an anti-bribery and corruption policy and a review of general terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Advised a real estate development and property management company on leading the client&#8217;s digital transformation toward smart properties.
